What to do if you registered with SecureAccess Washington, but haven't received an activation email?
Occasionally, some Internet Service Providers (ISP) 'spam filters' route SecureAccess Washington emails to 'spam folders'. We have experienced this problem with some users who have AOL and Hotmail email addresses. Other email addresses may be affected as well.
If you have registered with SecureAccess Washington and have not received your activation email, please check your 'spam folder', 'junk folder', 'Trash folder' or 'bulk folder' for any messages from email@example.com. Depending on the filter you are using, you may be able to designate our email as 'not spam' so that they will arrive in your normal mailbox.
